How much time does it take to set up POS Days?

It depends on how many products you have. Some merchants complete the process within a couple of hours.

I want to use POS Days on any iOS/Android Device, is it going to work for me?

Yes, POS Days is working any iPhone/iPad/Android Devices. Even you can use via web browsers as well.

I don’t like to get stuck if I have questions, can I chat your support team any time?

We wouldn’t want you to get to get stuck either. Fortunately, POS Days support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online support is free with every plan, so you can send us a message via Skype whenever you get stuck.

My business a seasonal business. Can I stop using POS Days but still keep my data?

You sure can. We know how valuable your data is to you so we’ve taken the steps to ensure that you never lose it. POS Days offers free of charge, where retain all your store data until you’re ready to use your account again.

I don’t have a reliable Internet connection, can I still make POS Days work for me?

While we highly recommend that you run POS Days with a stable Internet connection, we know that occasionally, your web provider might let you down. Don't worry POS Days Android & iOS App still working offline mode. When you connect with the internet, all your sales record automatically synced with the server.

I have existing printed barcodes from my old POS, can I use these with POS Days?

Yes. Existing barcodes can be scanned into the barcode field in the product page and sell page, so you won’t have to generate new ones from scratch.

I have more than one store, will POS Days work for me?

Yes. POS Days works great for retailers with multiple stores and it makes it easy to manage your inventory, staff and customer information across all your stores. And also you can set different products to different stores.

Is my data safe in the cloud?

Relax, POS Days is backed up to the hour so, in the (again, highly unlikely) event that something goes wrong, your data will remain safe.
If anything, your data is actually safer when you store it in the cloud compared to saving it locally. Why? Because in case something happens to your devices (i.e. you get the blue screen of death or your device get stolen) you’ll still be able to access and take control of your information using other devices that can log into POS Days.

How do I purchase plan?

When you're ready to purchase, simply go to Plan at your retail admin(Back Office), choose the plan and choose how many days you want to use and make a payment.

Can I change to upgrade or downgrade the plan?

Sure. You can change at any time whatever best plan for your retail shop.
